Commercial laundry looks simple from the outside — dirty linens go out, clean ones come back. But a lot happens in between, and understanding that process is part of knowing what you're actually paying for when you hire a linen service.

Pickup and Receiving

Every cycle starts with scheduled pickup from your property. Once soiled linens arrive at our facility, they're received and sorted before processing begins, so similar fabrics and soil levels are handled together for the best results.

Washing and Drying

Linens are washed using commercial-grade equipment suited to the specific fabric and soil type, followed by controlled drying to protect fabric quality and extend the life of each item.

Quality Inspection, Folding, and Packaging

Before anything is packaged, linens go through a quality check — catching stains, tears, or excessive wear before they ever reach your property. From there, everything is professionally folded and packaged for delivery.

Delivery, On Your Schedule

The final step is delivery, timed to fit your property's actual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule.

This is the same process behind every load Blue Star Linen has handled for over 23 years across Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach. Questions about how this would work for your property? Call 954-682-6311.
